Meetings and Events
Meetings are to be held on those dates and in such places decided upon at the first meeting, or reorganization meeting, of each semester.
In case of emergency, special meetings may be called by the president of the association.
A representation of the majority (50%+1) of the active members of the Ethnic Studies Association present shall constitute a quorum, authorized to transact any business duly presented at any association meeting.
