Ethnic Studies Association (ESA)

An active student organization for Ethnic Studies majors and minors, the Ethnic Studies Association supports the Center for Multicultural Education mission and the Ethnic Studies program goals, and creates a community of engaged learners committed to multicultural education and social justice.

Founded in fall 2010 as Ethnic Studies Club and renamed as Ethnic Studies Association (ESA) in fall 2012, the association provides opportunities for student leadership and co-curricular activities in the Ethnic Studies Program. Moreover, ESA enables civic engagement in local communities and partners with other student organizations at Edgewood and beyond.
